In 2016 you took over the management of ASB, and you are taking the company into the second generation. What were the reasons for deciding in favour of Abacus in the transaction process?

We evaluated several potential partners. Although the quotations were generally speaking similar, Abacus alpha impressed us the most with their reliability.

What do you value about the collaboration?

The thing that stands out about our partnership is that there is complete openness and fairness. In particular, I value the expertise and experience that Abacus contributes – this is invaluable to me, as a young entrepreneur.
